Dr Markalov is the most amazing plactic surgeon. His attention to detail is beyond reproach. The staff of Marla, Kit, Tatiana and Sharon are bar none. I highly recommend this surgery center

A huge thank you to Dr. Arviv, Dr Abdullah (surgeon), Marla (Surgeon) keloid excisions, and Erica (Superficial radiation therapy specialist). Also a thank you to Renee and her friend (didn't get her name. If you guys reply with her name I can add it). To say that I'm happy with the way things went here is an understatement. I flew in from Ohio and I'm basically keloid free now at the end of this visit. It's so surreal. I know that these people genuinely care about me and I'm so grateful for the connections here. If you want a welcoming, empathetic, family like, excellent care for your procedure, this is the plastic surgery center I recommend. They are down to earth and very nice people who are far more qualified than Lexington plastic surgeons and a lot of Drs you see online. Also significantly less expensive. I had the absolute best experience at Arviv. Dr. Markelov did my breast augmentation and they are literally perfect. The whole experience was awesome from start to finish, everyone involved was so professional, Marla, Michael and my anesthesiologist made me feel so comfortable. Everyone was just great. Marla also does my Botox and she’s super detail oriented and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I had my first "procedure" ever done by Dr Arviv and couldn't be happier! I had lost a lot of weight and had a double chin with extra skin so I was insecure about it. I had lipo on my chin and neck and am told all the time how great I look but they just think I lost more weight! Just look at the before and after! By the way, the after photos were taken the day after surgery so that is with swelling! 8 months later its even better!!
