I hate to leave a 1 star review as I liked the NP who did my laser however I had an appointment 9/30 and showed up to the business and it was closed with a sign on the door saying they were closed due to inadequate staffing until October 1st. No one called to cancel my appointment or called me back to reschedule (I live about 45min from the business so it’s not a quick drive). No one is answering the phone or returning calls after voicemails have been left. I have prepaid for 6 laser sessions and only received 3. My sister also had an appointment mid October and had the same experience except when she showed up, the sign then said they would be closed thru the 31st of October for the same reason. Im very disappointed at their lack of professionalism and courtesy to their customers. Laser is not inexpensive and for most people, it was a big investment to purchase this service. This said, prior to this stone cold wall of communication, their office was clean and the staff were very friendly and efficient at appointments.

I am sorry for this review. May be that will grab their attention. I was scheduled for Sep 29. I called them at least a dozen times, left multiple massages, no one returned my calls. I have already paid for my laser treatments. It’s Oct 3 now. I just called them again. Nothing. It would be nice if they can at least inform you what going on. Their nurse practitioner and PA were really sweet. I liked them.

I want to start off saying I loved the NP who did my laser however my last appointment I was not given any notice it was cancelled and I drove half an hour to the clinic to find out they are closed all of October!!! I left a message asking why they didn’t notify me and never heard back. Now my hair has started to grow back as if I never got laser removal at all. Extremely disappointed in the professionalism and communication of this clinic. Now I am wondering if I will be able to get back in there as I prepaid for 6 sessions and have only used 4.

I absolutely love coming to this location for laser hair removal. Everyone here is very professional and very helpful. I've never encountered any issues with them and every single time I go for an appointment, I am never dissatisfied. I also find their laser techniques to be very efficient- my third session for laser removal was last weekend and I'm already seeing shocking results. This business and the workers who help run it are great at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone looking for laser hair removal any day.

Like everyone else, we have some prepaid appointments as part of a package. The last appointment was cancelled and my daughter had come in from out of town to make it. No reason why, no calls back, no explanations. We are now out the cost of remaining sessions and have to find somewhere new. The clinicians themselves were always wonderful. Such a shame
