They allow text messaging for any questions I had or even to make a payment, which made the process so much more convenient. They were always quick to respond, making me feel well taken care of at all times. Rochelle was fantastic—she was very thorough in explaining everything, and if there was something she didn’t know, she made sure to get the answer promptly. Her attentiveness and professionalism really stood out. I opted for an awake surgery, and Dr. Grandhige was amazing throughout the entire experience. He walked me through everything as it was happening and truly listened to anything I had to say, making me feel completely at ease. The medical assistant in the room was also incredible—she continuously checked on me and made sure I was as comfortable as possible.
