I am in love with my results and the best is yet to come, once healed! Dr. Gruber understood the assignment and blew me away with her talent. She is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what needs to be done and has the amazing skill to execute it. I was nervous about awake surgery, however the nurses working with Dr. G are down right sweet blessings. It’s like a spa day, in a way. You are pampered and your comfort is their priority. They take great care of you, help keep your mind off the surgery… Pat you, rub you and make you feel as comfortable as you can be. For me, I wanted to see my transformation as it was happening and not have the effects of anesthesia. The thought of awake surgery can be a scary thought, but I was never scared, more nervous excitement, because I waited and researched a long while for the best surgeon to do my procedures. Dr. G is the surgeon you want! I highly recommend her and her amazing team! 🩷🙌🏻

I first saw Dr. Gruber over 10 years ago, and when my lipedema worsened after a hysterectomy, I knew I had to seek her services again. From the moment I scheduled my appointment, I was treated with such personal attention—I felt like a Queen. My awake liposuction was scheduled on a Friday, even though the office typically doesn’t operate that day, just to accommodate my schedule. That level of flexibility speaks volumes about the care and dedication of Dr. Gruber and her staff. On the day of surgery, the two-hour prep before the procedure was exceptional. Every member of the team personally visited me in my prep room. They insured I was fully hydrated, made comfortable, introduced me to my personal bathroom, and given snacks. This kind of attention to detail set the tone for the entire experience. One of the standout qualities of Gruber’s office is that they only perform one surgery per day, so I never felt rushed or like I was being “herded” through a system. The personal touch was constant throughout. Even though Dr. Gruber is currently working from a temporary office while her Tampa office is being constructed, you wouldn’t know it. The temporary space is absolutely gorgeous—feminine, state-of-the-art, and more than what I expected. When I walked into the operating room, it felt like a high-end private hospital OR; the attention to quality and cleanliness was top-notch. The surgery itself was professional and meticulous. Dr. Gruber went the extra mile, even addressing an area I hadn’t originally paid for because, as she put it, she simply “can’t do a sloppy job.” Being awake during the procedure added an extra layer of satisfaction. The staff constantly worked to keep me comfortable, offering me drinks, snacks, and even a break to sit down for 20 minutes and examine the progress mid-surgery. It was an incredible experience. To top it off, the following day, Ms. Angie personally came to my hotel to change my dressings and help me bathe. This kind of service and care is truly unparalleled. Although I’m still in the early stages of healing, I have no doubt the final result will be beautiful, given the level of professionalism and attention to detail I experienced. Dr. Gruber and her team are outstanding, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Dr. Gruber, Vicki, Emma, and Angie are exceptional professionals with a wealth of expertise. Their professionalism and knowledge are complemented by their kindness, understanding, and patience in explaining complex concepts in a simplified manner. Dr. Gruber is an honest and highly skilled surgeon. Her smile and attentive listening make the entire process feel seamless and reassuring. She is well-regarded in the field, with extensive experience and recommendations from other experts. The all-female team operates like a close-knit family, and their strong communication is evident. My experience with awake surgery under Dr. Gruber's care was truly wonderful. Vicki is always responsive, whether I text her late at night or early in the morning. She consistently replies with a smile and provides the precise answers I need. Similarly, Angie is readily available to support patients at any time. Her recovery suite is one of the standout features of the experience. Angie checks in on patients every hour with a warm smile and takes the time to explain everything that is necessary.

All I can say is AMAZING! I just completed my second procedure with Dr. Gruber, the first was a very natural bbl and the second procedure was lipo and tummy tuck. They were done 6 weeks apart. Dr. Gruber is extremely knowledgeable and professional and has me looking fabulous. Many thanks to Dr. Gruber and her team!
