After going to a seminar to meet the doctors at Image Lift I consulted with Dr. Rich Castellano about a upper eye lift ( blepharoplasty) and face lift. I am no stranger to plastic surgery so, I was veey impressed with "Dr. Rich" and his staff. I booked for my eye lift surgery and had it done in February 2025. I am only 6 weeks out from surgery and my eyes look amazing. I am extremely happy with the outcome. They look natural and he made them look exactly how I wanted them to look. I had no pain at all! Dr. Rich gave a extremely comprehensive exam and really listened to what I wanted. He delivered! I was in his Tampa office today for botox with Jen. She is so nice and super professional. The entire staff is treats everyone very professional and kind. Call their office and ask when they're next scheduled seminar will be to meet the doctors and staff. You will love Dr. Rich Castellano and his team!

It didn't take long for me to see that this place was special. Everyone I met here seemed to love their jobs and took pride in helping people. Dr. Castellano takes great care to emphasize his philosophy of being happy with yourself and not overdoing things, and it shows in everyone's behavior. I felt welcome from the moment I first stepped foot inside the clinic and every time since. Everyone on staff were wonderful - Kim went above and beyond, discussing various options with me and was extremely responsive in communication. And the doctors were meticulous and carefully considered various options that would make the most sense for me and not necessarily what makes the most sense for their business. It's unfortunate that some places/doctors in the area only care about upselling or looking after their own self interests, but this place is one of the good ones. Stop by for a consult. You won't regret it.

Returning after almost 6 months of my procedure, it was a peaceful experience on being reassured that I was doing very good. All my questions were answered and clarified by Dr. Castellanos, who is so knowledgeable and compassionate on his practice. His staff is super attentive to my needs and when the consultation was finished, we were happy with the results. Thanks and we will back soon

Incredible practice. The staff are as kind, patient, and compassionate as they are knowledgable and thorough. Dr. Rich's artistry is incomparable and his bedside manner is excellent. I can't say enough good things. 10/10.

Going in a bit apprehensive and nervous the entire staff was absolutely amazing. I cannot express enough how I just adore Ms. Jennifer Gold; she is beyond AMAZING! She's definitely got an eye for beauty and the magic touch making the whole process & procedure absolutely painless and fun! I am loving the results. Cannot wait to see her on my follow-up!
