Lecada Medical Artistry

I had a very disappointing experience at Lecada Med Spa regarding my lip injections. Last March I had my lips done by Injector Sasha and the results were far from what I expected. Soon after my lips swelled tremendously…much more than I had ever experienced with previous fillers done by other providers. Once the swelling subsided I was left with two large, uneven bumps on the inside of my lips which is an area known as the wet lip. I suspect she injected filler in that area which is a major no no in the industry. Overall my lips looked overfilled and poorly placed. They did not complement my facial features at all and I was truly unhappy with how I looked. On the positive side I want to acknowledge the staff at Lecada who were very helpful and offered to dissolve and re-fill my lips. However here I am a year later after undergoing six sessions of dissolving, and unfortunately the bumps remain. I really wanted to like Lecada as it is a beautiful place with a kind team but this entire situation could have been avoided had my lips been injected properly in the first place. Another concerning aspect is the lack of before and after photos of their work on social media. I've recently spoken to others who have had similar negative experiences at this med spa and it appears this issue may be more widespread. Lecada has so much potential they definitely need to improve the quality of their providers. Sadly I am now left seeking additional care elsewhere to fix what was done. The new injector that I’m seeing confirmed that the cause of the bumps in my lip are from Sasha injecting too deep and not in the correct plane of my lip. I don't usually write negative reviews but I hope this can help someone else avoid having their lips botched.

I was referred to Lecada by a close friend. When I got there there it was so beautiful and welcoming inside. My first thought was I can't afford this place it's so bougie looking. But to my surprise with such a friendly staff and affordable pricing I was able to feel and look great without breaking the bank. Plus they have these great saving discounts which really brought me in because I'm always up for a deal. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer and I've referred many friends there just due to the amazing deals that they provide.

I’ve been going to Lecada for several years, and always have a great experience. The staff is so friendly and not to mention the beautiful facility that they have. My injector is amazing at her skills, and I leave w barely to no bruising every time! Thank you for making me feel glamorous again :)

CANNOT say enough good things about the location and staff at Lecada! The facility felt so luxurious and upscale and the staff were attentive and really took the time to address my concerns and make sure I was happy. I will go out of my way to get future cosmetic and Botox treatments at this location any time I visit Tampa again in the future. They’re top notch, and you won’t be disappointed!

I had my initial consult visit at Lecada 2 weeks ago. Anna and Michelle both gave a comprehensive review of their strategy to improve certain areas of my face. I was very impressed with their ability to answer any questions I had and also put any fears to rest. Last week I made the decision to schedule and pay in full for my appointment this upcoming week with Sasha. Looking forward to “turn back the hands of time”.
