I can not say enough about Pura Vida! The military has caused me to move multiple times from 92-2020! I have always dreaded finding a new place to maintain my injections of both Botox and filler. As a retired nurse, I was very impressed with the anti pain techniques used by Meilys Sanchez, APRN-BC. I am allergic to topical anesthetic. Thankfully, they offer injections of Toradol for a very reasonable price. Toradol is a SUPER anti inflammatory and will reduce swelling and pain. Needless to say, I asked for a Toradol injection prior to any injections. I recommend everyone do this, as it eases post injection pain and swelling. I had Botox injections in my forehead and around my crow’s feet. I had a scar on my lip from a traumatic incident that I really felt self conscious about. Because scar tissue in that area is hard to fill, the provider took the time to think of the best and most natural method to conceal the scar. I had lip injections and some filler placed in a few areas. It is my experience (which is pretty vast, lol), that their price points are mid range. Trust me, if something seems too good to be true…🫣 it IS! Therefore, I was so happy to get “top notch” injections sans the hefty price tag. They are BETTER than expensive offices! In closing, I feel as though I have found the BEST medical spa for all of my needs. The staff is very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and time is taken to truly listen to one’s needs and they are not pushy and will do what you can afford. The office is just gorgeous and immaculate. I’m looking forward to going back for some IV therapy and facial skin tone correction. Thank you, Pura Vida!

This place has great vibes and the beautiful women who work here are RNs (or training to be RNs) with lots of experience. I have a hard time getting IVs because no one can find my veins. After a paramedic at another IV center wasn't able to get an IV in me, I came here, and Meilys did it right away. She is also very knowledgeable about IV nutrition and understanding of other health concerns because of her career background as a nurse. I don't think you could find more credentialed and sweeter people to work with for your med spa needs. They also speak Spanish and seem to have a vast, loyal family-like following. Highly recommend.

My first time coming in and i would give it 10 stars if i could. From the moment you walk in, everything is beautiful, clean, and homey. Love the atmosphere, and the girls are all amazing! Meilys has AMAZING hands!! Her lip technique is simply the best! I also appreciate that she took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Meilys definitely went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend!
