Dr. Mack is absolutely incredible! I couldn’t be more thrilled with my results and only wish I had found him sooner. After meeting him, I immediately booked my surgery, feeling confident after reading reviews and seeing his before-and-after photos. I underwent an upper blepharoplasty and a temporal brow lift, and to my surprise, experienced virtually no pain. Now, just 3 months later, my results look so natural that no one would ever guess I had anything done. I was initially hesitant because I didn’t want that “hollow-eyed” look or to feel like I looked different. But now, when I look in the mirror, I feel amazing—my eyes are refreshed, and for the first time in decades, I can actually see my eyelids. No more hoods! From start to finish my whole experience with the Mack Center was wonderful. The office staff are so patient, and extremely kind. Very welcoming atmosphere, that puts you at such ease. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Mack. I was scared because my issue was a cyst in the corner of my eye, and Dr. Mack couldn’t have been more understanding of my concerns. No high pressure sales tactics or unnecessary upgrades. Fear and finances kept me from pursuing an upper blepharoplasty until driving and reading became increasingly difficult because of my heavily hooded upper eyelids. The procedure was quick, the recovery was seamless and the results are AMAZING! Youthful and natural. Exactly what I wanted and hoped the outcome would be.
