Very friendly and for us...always on time. We like morning appts and most always can get one...we've never had to wait more than a few minutes. Everyone is so polite, professional and knowledgeable. I'd send any of my family to Lady Lake Dermatology & Mohs Surgery in The Villages.

Very professional and friendly. The receptionist remembered my name as soon as I walked in. There was little or no wait time and the medical staff attended to me ahead of my appointment time. They gave me effective treatment and made to visit enjoyable, in spite of the injections and scraping for a biopsy. They also went through the medications, explaining how and when to use them.

The staff is super nice. Office very clean. Felt well taken care of immediately. The doctors explained exactly what they were going to do. They made sure I was comfortable and encouraged me to ask questions. I would recommend them highly.

From the time I called to make and appointment to the time for check out from my first appointment the staff were all very kind in their instructions and answering my questions. The PA took his time to explain what he was doing during the examination and procedures during the visit. I felt very comfortable with the visit and process. The staff are efficient and kind, not afraid to make you smile or laugh. I have been shocked that there aren't longer wait times and they make every effort to protect your modesty if the patient wishes. Home after having two suspicious sites removed, waiting on pathology. No photos to post. Lol
