II was very pleased with everyone. The front desk person was very pleasant. The male nurse was paying attention to my medical needs. The doctor was great concern with my rash and took care off me. I was very happy with the results. Highly recommended.

The nurse and Dr were kind, thorough and informative. Only complaint, if you can call it that, was the 2nd chair in the room, not the exam chair, was a folding chair and didn't look too sturdy. I have mobility issues and would have liked a stronger 2nd chair when redressing. The exam chair is elevated and not suitable for dressing/undressing. I worked it out and ,as stated earlier, the staff was great.

Dr Swenson is a very professional doctor! I had some skin cancer on my leg, she took it out, and gave me chemo Cream I used for a month. I went in to have it checked, it is all good now. My wife also had some on her face, all well now. Thank you to Dr Swenson.

Everyone in the office is very nice, from the front desk on. I think I was the last appointment of the day and I’m sure they were eager to get home, but everyone was very pleasant and professional and I didn’t feel rushed. Dr. Swenson is great. She explained my options and told me what each procedure would entail. Did a great job as far as I can tell. There is no pain at all. They are just a great team to work with.

I was nervous as this was my first time going for a full body skin exam. From the time I walked in to the time I left, I was treated with respect. I was seen by Dr. Nicole Swenson. She was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, respectful and answered all my questions. The team at Macinnis was outstanding!
