Desired Image Medspa

I've been doing a weight loss program with this spa. They are very quick to respond to my emails to take $$ but won't respond and ghost me when I informed then I recieved only 50% of the product. Which is almost $180 worth of product. The lack of communication and ghosting me instead of apologizing and replacing what they owe me is extremely frustrating to say at the least. I wouldn't trust this place but if something changed I'll definitely update yall. Been working with April and she was great at first but being ghosted and out of product is not okay.

April is very good at her job and patient. Her office is not slick or trendy, but the service is all I need and her price is reasonable. She does not have all the costs of a designer boutique and this reflects in her rates. If you want a designer boutique, Desired Image is not what you are looking for. If you want a good job and good service without the "foo foo" this is the Medspa for you. Desired Image has my recommendation.

I've had rosacea for a couple of years now, and nothing really helped much until I started seeing Kate here at Desired Image Medspa. She recommended me a simple skincare routine which produced positive results in a matter of weeks and continues to get better every day. Her setup is professional and clean, and I always feel welcomed and comfortable when I visit her workplace in person!

The energy is this salon is un matched. It's always a pleasurable experience. April is truly the best of the best. Truly genuine, she takes time to listen and achieve desired results. Not only do I look and feel refreshed after each visit. I feel happy to have had such a professional experience as a whole! will never go anywhere else!

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!! Everything about my appointment was amazing. From start to finish. Heard about the Sauna Bag treatments for weight loss and was anxious to try it out. April was highly professional and made the experience so delightful. I’ve already gone back for a second appointment and started her weight loss program. Very thorough and clean!
