Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery - Venice

I have been going to advanced dermatology fora few years and have been happy with my treatments. But this week I went in fora blue light treatment. These treatments are very uncomfortable. But the light wasn’t working so I sat for the 17 minute cycle with no uncomfortable burning. I told the lady every time she checked on me that there was nothing happening. But I was told it should be working. Hopefully on my check up tomorrow they will rerun the test.

The office and staff deserve a 5 star but the phone system and call center deserve a 0. Call center is very difficult to deal with. If I go somewhere else it will be because of the call center.

Dr. Roberts is an outstanding dermatologist. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain things and make recommendations. His staff was also very friendly and capable.

Always great service here, saw Kala for the first time, she was very helpful and informative.

I went in for my annual appointment and I have to say that the receptionist was quite rude and had a seriously bad attitude! I would recommend she finds another career where she's not dealing with the general public. I would not allow her to work for me that's for sure. On the other hand, the PA I saw was wonderful.
