Skip this place if you're looking for Botox. It didn't seem that that is something that they do very often. Booked an appointment online for my 11s where they proceeded to see if they had enough product and enough time to do it. Turns out they could find the time to treat my 11s if I agreed to buy the entire vial of Botox. This is an area that usually takes 15 to 20 units on me. They tried to upsell me to take The full 50 units. It was a complete waste of my time.

Wonderful, personalized experience. I was able to share my concerns and my options were explained in detail. I am looking forward to returning for more treatments.

Just had IPL for my face and eyes. It has been invaluable in helping to resolve my rosacea and dry eyes. My eyes actually feel soothed!

Not a place for BOTOX. I needed a new Botox  person and Oasis Medspa was the perfect location for me.  I made an appointment. The office is beautiful and the staff members are nice. Part of the building is an ophthalmology office, and the other part is a medspa. The reviews for Christie McKinney were great, but it turns out her husband, Dr. McKinney is the one that does Botox.  He is an ophthalmologist, not a Botox guy. I couldn't find any reviews for him on Botox, so this is about my experience. I have been getting Botox for 30 years with at least 20 different injectors. My experience at Oasis was very odd, and the bottom line is that the Botox didn't work.  I have never had this happen, so I went back to the office to show them my wrinkles. I wasn't angry but I was disappointed.  Their office was closed 2 weeks for the holidays.  The ophthalmologist office took my number and said the office manager would call me.  I waited 2 weeks and did not receive a call. I went back to the office, and immediately Christie started saying that too much time had elapsed since my treatment. I reminded her that they were closed 2 weeks.  This was awkward, but she took me over to the ophthalmologist office and sat me in a bright  eye exam room. Nothing about it resembled a medspa vibe. This is when I realized my injector is not a full-time Botox guy. Her husband came in, and I showed him my forehead.  He was very defensive.  It was very clear that he is a busy ophthalmologist. I wish I would have researched this better before making an appointment for Botox. I tried to offer some constructive criticism.  I said that it felt like he injected the Botox under my skin but not into the nerves. He said it takes time to learn someone's face! He actually said that! I have never heard any comments like this before.  I didn't  sign up to be a class project. He also pointed out that the area between my eyebrows was working "some" so he wasn't going to redo that, but he would redo another area at cost. And then he said, "Would that make you happy?"  I felt like they were treating me as if I was trying to scam them out of free Botox. My goal was 100% to have my wrinkles reduced. I paid full price.  It didn't work.  I made an appointment for a few days later for a free touch-up. I appreciated that ,and I do not think they are dishonest people. However, this was such an awkward, uncomfortable experience for me that I just didn't want to go back at all.  I felt that if he injected me with additional Botox, it still wouldn't work.  I decided to just let my money go, so I canceled my appointment, and I'm still looking for a new Botox injector. I will do my homework this time before making an appointment. Bottom line.  Christie is probably a very good facialist, and Dr. McKinney is probably a very good ophthalmologist, but as of Jan 2024, I do not think Oasis medspa is qualified to offer successful Botox treatments. This was just my experience.

Mrs McKinney went above and beyond Service! She is an exceptionally talented Nurse and aesthetician. This was the best microdermabrasion facial I’ve ever received. The warm towels and products that she applied to my face were amazing. Thank you so much Mrs McKinney! I already booked my next facial, will definitely be back! 10 outta10 in my humble opinion! ;)
