This office goes above and beyond. They are very accommodating, compassionate, and understanding.You can get in with very short notice. I'm very happy with the staff especially. The girls at the desk and also the support staff are extremely helpful. I'm glad to have the office close to home.

The office staff, from the front desk to checkout, are very friendly. My visit was with Katie; I was comfortable, and she explained everything she was evaluating. I did have a few spots to check, and the process was fully explained in full detail. My family also use Water's Edge and are just as happy. Don't wait to take care of your skin; it's the largest organ in your body.

The best I can say is I was seen, but not well heard. The PA was very forceful and overbearing immediately asking me multiple questions he knew I couldn’t answer. After completely establishing dominance, he went on to tell me exactly what was what. He had no intention of really listening or wanting to hear my questions or concerns. Having heard the nurses intake, he just wanted to take charge and let me, the patient, know he was the boss and he fully in charge!

Daniel Gutierrez, PA-C treated me at Water's Edge Dermatology in Vero Beach. Daniel is so kind. I have never been to a doctor's office and had such a pleasant experience. He was very thorough in his examination. He took his time going over each of my concerns explaining the conditions in language a non-medical professional would understand. I did not feel like a number nor as if he was going through the motions. With the prescriptions he was sure to explain the usage and send them to the pharmacy with instructions so that I know which cream corresponds to the various concerns. I was just so amazed with how kind, friendly, and professional Daniel was on my visit.

Always, I am greeted with a friendly smile, friendly voice, and warm welcome! Always, I am cared for in an extremely professional manner. And, always, I leave feeling better than when I first arrived. Doctor's visits couldn't be better than this!
