I can not say enough about how friendly and helpful Sonya at Ideal Image was with handling my account. Very professional and empathetic. Her level of customer service was above and beyond and deserves to be recognized. Upon my visit at the clinic, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the staff. The nurse Keisha, provided my care and was extremely kind and made the experience comfortable. If you are looking for a place to exceed your expectations, consider Ideal Image in Wellington. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by three wonderful ladies, I felt so welcomed and appreciated and Sonya the clinic Manager really took her time to listen to me and what I was looking to get gone (laser hair removal) she helped me and explain to me all the payments options which it was wonderful because I was able to choose the right one for me and not only that but I was able to start my hair removal treatment right away. Also big thanks to Keshia she made me feel so comfortable with my whole hair removal treatment and everything went pretty smoothly and it was painless. Also I cannot forget Kayann she was the first person I spoke to over the phone and she was so helpful with all my questions and concerns! So thank you so much! It was a great experience and I highly recommend this place! ☺️

At this location they were so nice and accommodating! I accidentally showed up early for my appointment and they were able to still take me in! The treatment went well making sure I could take breaks when needed. The receptionist was super sweet and the manager was also so sweet. They took the time to talk to me about my treatment and make sure everything was going well. They further was able to extend my contract to ensure I would be able to get the results I wanted. I have been to many other locations and I would say the staff here was the most welcoming and willing to work with you. I would be returning here for the rest of my treatments! Also, the inside is super clean!
