I do not have enough good things to say about Dr. Nappi. She calls me her rare bird- I had a terrible case of shingles about 3 years ago that I was mistreated for. She immediately go to the heart of the problem and got me what I needed to get better. Fast forward 3 years, and here I am again with another potential case of shingles. She attacked the problem with me right away, made room in her schedule to see me, and three days later I’m already feeling better before it was too late. I cannot thank her enough for listening to me.

Dr. Nappi is an excellent doctor. She listens closely, asks good questions and gives complete answers to my questions. She works with my insurance and pharmacy to get the best price on medications. She is competent and professional. The office staff are capable and friendly and the patient support staff are knowledgeable and competent. I highly recommend this practice.

To start the office staff were very pleasant and answered all questions. Dr. Nappi and her assistant who assisted me were 1st class all the way. Courteous, informative, very through in the exam. Both worked as a team to get every thing done. I whole hardheadedly recommend Dr. Nappi 100%.

Dr. Nappi was very attentive and detail oriented. She did my first ever botox administration and the results were amazing, not to mention she explained every step along the way and explained why she was administering the botox specifically in certain areas in order to attain the look I wanted. I am so happy and will surely be going back!
