The staff at this location are fantastic! Always so nice and accommodating to schedule appointments. Professional, and I’m in and out of the office very quickly every time. I’ve had cool sculpting and laser hair removal and I couldn’t be happier with my results. The laser hair removal for my Brazilian has been fantastic. After all my sessions I only have ~ 10% or less hair that grows back, and I just come in for a touch up once every 2-3 months and it grows back less every time. Best part is I haven’t had an ingrown hair since my first session. 10/10 recommend.

I recently had an incredible experience at Ideal Image in West Palm Beach! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist made me feel so welcome with her warm and friendly attitude. The atmosphere was inviting, and I instantly felt at ease. Leticia, the Nurse Practitioner, was simply amazing! I was nervous because I can be a big baby when it comes to these things, but she was so gentle that I barely felt a thing. Her expertise and caring approach made the entire process easy and painless. Tina, the manager, was absolutely wonderful—professional, kind, and made sure everything ran smoothly. She took the time to answer my questions and ensured I was comfortable throughout my visit. Overall, my visit to Ideal Image exceeded my expectations. The staff was professional, kind, and truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning!

The front desk staff are always the most genuine and welcoming kind souls. Always the best service here I always walk in and leave with a smile. While I was waiting for my appointment today, I asked for some help finding prom dress stores nearby for my senior prom coming up. Not only did she give me some advice, she even helped me look for some online. Even though this isn’t treatment related, it really shows what their employees will do to help and support their guests. Seriously was so sweet and made my day. I forgot to ask for her name but everyone behind that front desk is always such a kind soul.❤️

The woman who signed me up for my package was so nice and understanding, as well as informative. She was also very patient with all the questions I had. I went in for my first appointment the same day I signed up and the appointment only took less than 10 mins which was great and the NP who did my service was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

I had such a great experience today at Ideal Image! The staff here are amazing. I was greeted promptly and they were very attentive. I had a Botox appointment with Leticia and she took time to map out on my face and she was so careful with the injections, it didn’t hurt at all! Also, Tina the manager is HILARIOUS! I will definitely be coming back in 3-4 months! Thank you!
