Water's Edge Dermatology - West Palm Beach

I love Waters Edge Dermatology and Vein Centers I have been to two different locations and they’re both the same. Everyone is so friendly and polite They treat you like you’ve known them forever. You can ask them anything when they take their time and explain it to you. Two other family members have also been treated there and they have said the same thing I highly recommend them.

Wow. For the first time in a very long time my visit started with a smile and continued with upbeat staff. All very efficient. Not wasting my time. The doctor Laurie was very skilled and communicated well. This went better than I had hoped for.

Dr Evelina is very knowledgeable and professional, care about her patients and always takes her time to answer your questions or concerns. I will definitely recommend her. The office is so clean and the wait time was perfect. Also, her assistant was really professional and welcoming.

After something like 8+ appointments and $800+ later, they could not remove a small plantar wart on my middle toe. When I asked if I could get a refund or just one appointment forgiven, they refused saying "Sometimes warts can take multiple appointments". On the last appointment I had, I asked that she really get it good because I can't afford to keep coming. She did freeze it for longer than before and it had the biggest effect of all, which tells me that she was holding back before. BThey also sent me to collections even though I was making payments. Why try to solve the problem when they are incentivized to make sure I keep coming back and don't have any accountability when their treatments don't work?

Water Edge Dermatology in West Palm Beach is fantastic. The office atmosphere is very welcoming and professional. The Staff are very friendly. The Doctors are very professional. I feel that I am getting the best care at Water Edge Dermatology. You won't be disappointed and will have all of your skin's needs fulfilled. Thank you, Dorothy.
