I had an incredible microneedling facial at New U Medical Spa, and I’m beyond thrilled with the results! My skin feels smoother, firmer, and more radiant. Let’s start with the only positive thing about the place, the lady who did my treatment is very knowledgeable. But the costumer service since day one from the front desk/ treatment sales it is very rude and unprofessional. They sales a treatment on instagram for $69 but you end buying a treatment for $1200 in a blink and she never mentioned the policy of the center . Since I’m not longer planing to go back and request my refund for the sessions I did not used she said “Their policy do not allow refunds “ really ? What a scam.

Diana did my afacial treatment. Diana is lovely, so gentle and explains every step. The place is very clean and recommended.

I been going to this place about three months ago and I really like my skin since. Marian did a cryo facial and really see huge difference on my skin. My skin got tighter, balanced and helped me with my wrinkles. Marian is an excellent institute. I really recommend this place .
