As a new patient I was very impressed with the Nurse Assistant. She exhibited professional and genuine concern as she entered my medical information. Both Receptionists were friendly and responsive. Dr. Godfrey exhibited comforting concern for my skin infection. She exhibited thoroughness, sincere concern and made me feel that I will be well taken care of moving forward.

Really nice service and gentle care. The only suggestion is improve a bit the kindness and patience expected at the clerk/reception who was professional however looked impatient cutting me off while I was trying to make a few points. Nothing major, but I feel that after such improvement a maximum rate will come.

Wife went in to get stitches taken out and wanted to get one skin spot looked at. The PA said ‘she does not have the time today’ and needs to make another appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. We were expecting more professionalism and care, but this was a waste of time and money. Unacceptable service! Will not be going back. edit: before the automated response saying im not a patient. i am not, my wife was. update: Doctor called within an hour and personally took care of it and was apologetic.

I was greeted very friendly as soon as I walked in. I was taken into an examination room almost immediately. The weight for the Doctor was less than 5 minutes 10 minutes and she was very accommodating very informed answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The other staff were very friendly also.

I had called in December scheduled an appointment for my partner. He had been referred by his primary and I was told by the receptionist his insurance was in network, he was also scheduled to see a male doctor. Instead he was surrounded and embarrassed being surround by 4 nurses in only minimal clothing. This is not what we scheduled. They charged him $400+ for the small services. Then told him they couldn’t treat him in certain areas due to dark spots on his skin, as well as recommending Vaseline which has petroleum jelly, which could be cancer causing. They told him there weren’t alternatives to it when in fact there are, seems like they just want the money. It’s up to my partner but I don’t think we will be returning we can’t afford micro services for their high rates.
