Jahnesia is amazing. She spends so much time with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. I didn’t know there were so many options so I didn’t come prepared. She spent as much time as I needed to be comfortable with my choice. I highly recommend her! She is very knowledgeable as she teaches classes too. I have more self-confidence after getting this done too.

Jahnesia is awesome, she loves what she does which made my experience even more enjoyable. She is a true perfectionist and I absolutely love, love, love my eyebrows!!! I stepped through the door a stranger ,was welcomed as if I was family and left as a friend 🥰 I recently had cancer surgery at the Mayo clinic and they recommend massage for recovery. Just went for the first time and everything is excellent! I got a massage from Jacqueline, which was soothing and restorative. She's friendly, warm, and professional. The location is clean and welcoming with little "extra" touches (Ex. why have just soap available in the bathroom when you can also have fragrance mist and lotion?) Highly recommend.

I waited as long as I could before scheduling my appointment, I knew I wanted to get this done but was so nervous. One day I said the reviews and videos looks like it’s legit so let’s try it out. My appointment was today and first impassions mean a lot and as soon at I walked in I felt welcome and comfortable.The staff was all professional and really cared about what I wanted and listened to me concerns. I use to hate my eyebrows because of the thickness of them and I always felt like my eyebrows were just so wild and I didn’t think something like this would even work but I’m so happy to say I’m completely in love with my eyebrows!!!! I highly recommend this company I found my place I will be back
