Advanced Dermatology - Aesthetic Center

I don't usually leave too many reviews but I feel like I should for this office. I want to start by saying that my complaint isn't toward the PA I saw, she was very nice and professional, my complaint is towards the office itself. I had some issues in the very beginning with trying to even schedule an appointment but eventually got one. I went in and was taken care of, had to have a small spot removed and had 2 stitches put in.. scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks later to have them removed and the spot frozen. I showed up for my appointment and the office was closed due to a plumbing issue. All that was in the office was a sign stating they were closed. I did not get a phone call, text or email. The fact that they closed the office and did not call their patients to reschedule was extremely unprofessional and rude. I as a patient can not be late, not show up or cancel in the time frame given without being charged a fee, how is it that they can shut down and not even notify their patients? I took off work to make this appointment happen, which is not always easy to do.. and felt like they wasted my time. I called and left a voicemail for the office manager and she did eventually call me back the next day while i was at work and left me a message but did not sound as if she cared about the situation.. she apologized but it was not as sincere as i expected. Same goes for the girl i spoke with the following morning when i called to reschedule- her apology make me feel as if she gave no F's either. I work in healthcare as well and at my office, this is not how we would've handled a situation like that. I decided to not go back. I had one of my nurses take my 2 stitches out and will find another place to go.. like i said, the PA i saw was good, it was my experience with the office i did not like. I just think if they knew there was a plumbing issue the night before, they should have called the patients on schedule for the next day to let them know to not come in. seems simple to me.

Dr Aneja & staff are amazing! I got a cool laser treatment on my face & neck to remove sun damage. It worked so well & it wasn’t too painful as they put numbing gel on me first. I would highly recommend this instead of peels or micro needling if you want instant results. I’m going back next month for a second round. It’s worth the $$$!!

Fantastic service. My 7 year old daughter needed a spot on her face taken care of with a laser. The staff explained everything, made her feel comfortable, and the doctor was amazing. We were told it would take 3 weeks before it clears. It’s been one week and we can barely see it. Highly recommend them for any of your needs.

Susan is an excellent esthetician. I am so pleased with the service and the outcome. She has provided the best facial I have ever had. I will return and recommend!

Advanced Dermatology Aesthetics has been one of the most professional yet friendly centers I’ve ever received skin care maintenance from. Staff is amazing- kind, caring, and experienced. My hypersensitive issues were fully respected. Dr Eubanks talked me through the entire 20 minute procedure. Every progression of the procedure was explained to me. I was asked repeatedly how I was doing. My experience left me knowing that I was in professional caring hands and that should I have any after care concerns, this personal staff was a phone call away. Highly recommend Dr Eubanks for skin care therapies.
