I would strongly advise against going to this office. They have no consideration for your appointment time. I waited almost a hour to get seen. I tried asking the receptionist Isabel a few times, but she was no help and extremely rude. Not only was she loudly speaking to patients right in front of her so the whole waiting room could hear. She also has no people skills and shouldn’t be in customer service. I will definitely pick a different office next time.

I have been coming here for a few years. The reason for that is that the operation is professional and the staff are all excellent. I highly recommend them.

At 53 yo, this was my first visit with a Dermatologist. I was very impressed with Madeline, Jenn & Justin Fojo, PA. I look forward to working with them on my alopecia journey.

This is probably one of the worst doctors offices I have ever been to. I first went at the end of April to try and get an acutane prescription and was told I had to take a pregnancy test and wait a month. After this I went back and found out the PA I was seeing never registered me with IPledge so I was unable to obtain the prescription and have to wait ANOTHER month. Finally after this I was clear to obtain the prescription but found out that during these two months no one ever pre authorized the medication with my insurance and my window of time to pick up the prescription ends tomorrow. If the medication is not pre authorized by tomorrow I will have to wait another 2 weeks. I have also come in only to be told there was no one there to see me and was sent home. However, the PA I am seeing here currently is good, but the office staff are unfriendly and not helpful. It has been almost 3 months and I still don't have the medication. Don't waste your time.
