Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery - Zephyrhills

Terrible office management, after waiting for lab results for two weeks and having made two trips in person to the office to try to get the results since no one in the office will return calls or messages, I gave up and went and was seen at a different provider with in house labs. The ironic thing is I can’t even get a hold of anyone here to cancel my appointment for next month. Save the time and frustration and go somewhere else. By the way on both trips I made up there in person , I had to wait for the staff to get off their cell phone , then I was told I couldn’t be given the results by anyone but the provider and that i could not see them without an appointment, so I would have to wait for them to call me. Office staff is rude and spends more time on their personal phones than answering the office phones. I thought the VA had bad service but this place makes the VA look great.

I was seen at my appointment time with minimal wait. The entire team was very professional and knowledgeable. I have been driving over an hour for my previous dermatologist because I couldn't find a replacement. I am glad to say we will be staying close to home now.

Horrible dr and staff went in for a rash. Was given 4 scrips all with the same directions. Called 4 times to have the explained and no one called back. Dr Goff did a scraping to send to the lab. 3 weeks later they called and said it wasn’t done. I said I was there are it did happen. This rash is not clearing up needed the answer from the lab. I’m pissed. I will call corporation to make a formal complaint!!!!!! Horrible

Very efficient, very nice. Didn’t waste any time getting right to the job of checking for abnormalities, froze a couple of pre-cancers (no big deal) and I was on my way. Advanced Dermatology has been my Drs for 3 years. They’re “keepers”!

Horrible. If I could give this place a zero, I would. First appointment, they left me waiting for over 40 minutes even though I had scheduled an appointment. I also scheduled an appointment online and even got a confirmation text but when I went in I was told I wasn’t scheduled even after showing said text. Unhelpful and unreliable.
