To be honest, I did not have any specific expectations for this program. I have done other cleanses, fasts, and diets in the past with varying degrees of success. However, the educational sessions component that went along with the 10+20 Day Program was invaluable for me to understand the science behind healthy - every day, eating habits. Dr. Gaye and her team were extremely prepared, knowledgeable about this subject matter and created a welcoming community environment that shared encouraging victories, struggles, valuable tips and recipes that will allow me to continue using what I’ve learned well beyond this program. Also, after the 1st 10 days, I experienced weight loss that I have never seen before and that trend has continued throughout the program and beyond. I will definitely sign up for the 10+20 Program because there is so much more to learn and I’m here for it!! PS: learning about the interesting benefits of pistachios was one of the highlights of this program (you’ll had to be there)! Bottom line, this program far exceeded my expectation and I am so happy that I did it.

I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Gaye took the time to thoroughly explain the Botox process from a medical standpoint, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. I appreciated how she focused on ensuring I felt informed and confident every step of the way. The treatment itself was quick and painless (the ice treatment really helps!), and her attention to detail was impeccable. What really stood out to me was the follow-up session scheduled two weeks later for touch-ups, she did such an excellent job I didn’t require any additional touch-ups—it showed her commitment to achieving perfect results and prioritizing my satisfaction. I met Dr Gaye at The Spa House in Acworth and decided to try the Designed4Wellness 10+20 program, initially for weight loss.
