AYA Medical Spa Avalon - Alpharetta

I love this place. Everyone is super competent. The front desk staff is very friendly. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. Emily at Phipps is a cut above— love her. David at the Works was amazing too— super technical but with a gentle way about him… I literally fell asleep while he was doing extractions. Siri at Avalon was great as well. I’ve been coming weekly to different locations and my skin has improved so much— great return on investment and super worth it. I have only been suggested to buy a single product once which I appreciate because it’s annoying when some spas can be pushy about upselling you stuff. I got a hocl spray that I ended up loving, especially the micromist bottle that it came in and the recommendation was both effective and specifically indicated for what was going on with my skin at the time. Overall I’ve been very impressed with the custom facials. I’ve even come in a couple times with cystic pimples and was shocked that one of them went away overnight completely and the other was gone within days— normally I’ll spend a week putting hero patches on acne flares like that trying not to pick so it’s awesome to know that I can come to Aya anytime that my skin freaks out and actually get immediate results from just one session.

Went to Aya and had Gretchen for a BBL laser and she is fantastic! I wanted a glow on my skin before my wedding and I got great results from one round of BBL. Gretchen is really awesome! I will definitely go back next year for another laser. Very professional and kind employees. BBL is perfect if you want a nice glow and even complexion. Not very painful at all either. Gretchen walks you through every step and I was really happy with my results.

I've never had a cosmetic procedure done before my entire life and I only knew of AYA medical spa because of a friend. So I was really nervous when I went in to get a consultation for micro-needling. The wonderful Gretchen Schweitzer was the one who performed the procedure, and I must say she made me feel very safe and relaxed during the whole process. She did not rush and she did an awesome job and I will definitely recommend her and AYA Mesical spa to anyone. My results are fantastic after the first day!! 🥰💋 Thanks Gretchen, you're now my go to!

I've received several treatments from AYA - primary lasers and Botox. Every visit and service has been FANTASTIC! Each provider is highly-informed and skilled, kind and thoughtful. Each facility/location is gorgeous, clean, luxe and reputable. I feel truly comfortable with my skin and finances in AYA's hands :) I have also purchased several Revision items from their stores at the recommendation of the staff, and enjoyed great results. I cannot recommend AYA enough for any and all of your beauty needs!

I absolutely love Aya Med Spa! I have been seeing Gretchen for the last couple of years and have noticed a huge difference in my skin texture and overall health. Another great thing about Aya is that they offer great open house promotions so that I can buy my skincare treatments once a year for the following year. It allows me to plan and budget and not skimp on the skincare that I love. Overall, I would 10/10 recommend Aya for your skincare needs.
