I had kybella treatment done in 2020 by Ty for my double chin. I started experiencing muscle spasms in the area that was injected shortly thereafter & informed Ty who assured me that it wasn’t because of the injection. I paid $ to be seen by a plastic surgeon that literally told me he felt the fluid in my gland. Also paid a herbalist that didn’t know why it was happening. However, I dealt with the issue all these yrs as they worsened over time. Every time I brushed my teeth or opened my mouth wide I’d get a massively painful muscle contraction that lasted up to 10 seconds & would go away. I’ve reached out to Ty even went into the office again for her to still say that wasn’t the issue. Finally I was dx by an oral surgeon & had my procedure this morning to remove the “fluid” from my saliva gland & to “untwist” it… all of this could’ve been avoided had she listened to me in the first place! You retain customers by being accountable & listening to their concerns. Personally I liked Ty & felt like she was professional & sweet initially, however this situation should’ve been handled better!

Just finished up my Diamond Facial with Jay. This natural glow on my skin is everything. Jay was very Knowledgeable & informative from beginning to end about what he was doing to my skin. He was also very gentle and took his time with me which I really appreciated. I have to say that I loved the cleanliness of the place and it smelled divine throughout the building. Jay performed a chemical peel on me as well as the diamond glow! My skin immediately felt brighter and glowy after… it continued to feel that way for days!!!
