I am beyond upset with the way I was treated today. I wish I could give zero star. I came in 5 minutes early for my appointment to make sure the check in was done. The receptionist was on the phone with her back to me but she heard me coming in. So I sat in the waiting room until she finished, not wanting to be rude and disrupted her. I went to the window again when the chattering stopped to check in and she left the room. So I sat and patiently waited again. 15 minutes later, she came back and apologized as she heard me coming in but was too busy. Then she checked me in. The technician came to get me. Went into the treatment room, she coldly told me that she could only do half of my treatment due to scheduling. I asked her why and explained that I have been waiting for 25 minutes and couldn't get checked in. She just looked at me like I was the liar and told me that I couldn't have my session I booked for, only half of it or I had to come back later. I bought a package and waited 25 minutes for it, I would not lose half of my treatment due to their incompetence. So I went to the front desk to reschedule instead of just having half of my treatment. All in all I had to take time off work for the treatment, wasted 1.5 hours traveling to the office and waiting time for nothing. The receptionist apologized as she was very busy. She looked flustered so I understand. But given the lack of staff, the technician could have come out and checked if anyone was waiting when she finished with the last person. I saw the last person walking out while I was waiting. It was just total lack of care and ownership of the job. I am very angry at the rude way the technician treated me as a customer even after I explained to her about my wait and the frustration.

I had great experience with Angela getting Botox and filler. Angela was very confident and informative. She made me feel super comfortable and talked me through every stage of the procedures. I love the results and my lips look natural and not over done! I would recommend Angela 10/10!

I can't believe how great my experience was with Nyah Med Spa for laser hair treatment. Everyone I worked with was extremely professional and efficient! I was literally in and out in 10 minutes for some appointments and that included checking in and rescheduling my next appointment. I have done Brazilian and underarms and plan to do legs next. Their black friday deals are the best times to purchase!
