Very disappointing. I saw Dr Steele in November because I had a terrible breakout back in August that left dark marks all over my face. I went to her for a prescription of hydroquinone cream. I am allergic to tretinoin. It was very busy that day and after waiting a good bit, she probably talked to me for less than 5 miin. As a first time patient, I assumed there would be more probing. However, I wasn’t upset because her skin was beautiful, the reviews were good and the office was packed so I assumed my experience would be good. She wouldn’t write me a prescription for hydroquinone cream after asking several times and explaining my history of good results with it. Instead she suggested I buy her brightening pads. I really wanted the cream because I know that works well on my skin. I bought her $132 brightening pads that broke me out and made my skin worst right before the holidays! The office refused to allow me to return it for a refund. I don’t know what those pads contain. I gave it to my teenage daughter that had some acne marks on her forehead and they broke her out. There was no attempt to resolve the issue,. Except a call from her assistant, whom was very nice. However, there was no resolution. They didn't provide a credit towards a service or even write the prescription for what I originally requested. I basically took the ‘L’ . My skin became worst and I lost money on some expensive pads that I can’t use.

I can’t say ENOUGH AMAZING things about this office and staff!!! From beginning to end was a GREAT experience upon entering I was checked in by a wonderful receptionist who answered all my questions and was more than accommodating and offer additional options. Then back office assistant to Dr. Johnson was more than kind and helpful who took down all my information. Then Dr. Johnson was awesome I felt heard and not rushed she took her time and addressed my concerns my overall experience was on time friendly and efficient with no drawn out waiting times I LOVE IT hear although the other location is closer I still may choose this office YALL ARE AMAZING ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am utterly appalled and disheartened by my experience at Steele Dermatology. What was supposed to be a routine morpheaus 8 facial turned into a complete nightmare, and I can't stress enough how disappointed I am with their service, attitude, and utter lack of accountability. After receiving the Morpheaus 8 treatment from this dermatologist, I experienced a severe adverse reaction that left my face swollen, itchy, and nearly unrecognizable. My eyes became so puffy that I struggled to see properly, ultimately requiring a hospital visit to manage the distressing symptoms. To make matters worse, I made several attempts to contact the dermatologist for assistance, but my calls were ignored, and my concerns went unaddressed. Their negligence did not stop there. Despite the painful and traumatic experience I endured, the dermatologist refused to take responsibility for their actions, refusing to offer any form of compensation or even check in on my well-being. I find this level of unprofessionalism and insensitivity to be inexcusable, and I strongly urge others to reconsider visiting. A dermatologist's job is to ensure their patients' comfort and safety, but unfortunately, my experience at this clinic was an abject failure on all fronts. Stay away and protect your health and well-being by seeking alternative, more reliable options.

The service at Steele Dermatology is top notch. Dr. J is patient and most of all thorough. She takes her time with patients and establishes a rapport so it never feels rushed nor do you feel pressured. You can tell she cares which is why I'll always be a repeat patient. If you are on the fence just make the appointment! You will not regret it especially after you get your results!

I found this wonderful practice through my Health insurance and I couldn’t be happier !! Dr .Johnson is an expert in her field with a lovely bedside as well . She has assisted me with a skin cancer issue as well as some cosmetic procedures . She is simply the best !!!
