Outstanding! Being a new patient, I was a little nervous, but Heather did an excellent job of easing my mind by taking the time to answer all of my questions. She went on by explaining the procedure step by step, that having good skin is a journey and that she wanted to start me off on a very gentle and basic skin regimen, and then over time we would build on that and even incorporate other procedures, such as lasers. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness.
