After first appt it went down hill. Was told a lie when i signed for the program. Prices change weekly or maybe daily. No structure. You can get many of the hrt from your general doctor for 30% -50% less. The customer service has no idea what they do there. This review is for last March 2023.

The testosterone they gave me didn’t work, they were charging me $189 a month for it, I switched over to getting it from a different source for $85 for a 4 month supply. This company will take your money and give you crap to inject yourself with

I have been shocked by the lack of customer service. Unfortunately, I think whoever is answering phones and emails just has no sense of how to deal with customers at all. I shouldn't have to practically beg for them to take down my info and get back with me or to send me information about their services (I was sent a QR code image to my email that I check via my phone - when I mentioned that i can't take a picture of the qr code that's on my phone screen in a pdf, I was told to just open my email from a different computer and scan it that way). A little beyond unbelievable as there used to be really good people here. I just can't exert any more energy to try to get them to take my money for services when so many others do the same things but actually want me to be a customer! I suggest to the owner that they try calling their own business and see how it goes. Also-taking the time to reply to an email saying to open your email from a different computer to take a picture of the QR code vs just giving the link is ridiculous. You have the right to disagree. I really wanted to use your services again - unfortunately you guys just made it impossibly difficult.
