Injector Grimes took the time to explain everything in detail, answer all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. The results are already looking amazing! This is my second time at Charette cosmetics working with Helen. Helen is an amazing worker here at this establishment, she’s very helpful & honest with anything you need or would like. I was super nervous about getting care done to me but in due time I gained so much trust with Helen, I would let her do whatever she needs / wants to enhances my looks! Along with the whole team here, they are very friendly n helpful as well - I’m very thankful for the services n hospitality they provide .

Madison did a virtual consultation with me on some skin/pigmentation issues. She was very thorough and informative to identify a treatment plan, which is why I choose to go here. I had previous unsuccessful treatments elsewhere and she really listened to my history to make sure we weren’t repeating it. I received my first IPL treatment and my nerves probably showed because the team quickly came in to numb me up and put me at ease. Everyone I came in contact with was genuinely nice and welcoming. The space is clean, nice, and comforting. I felt so good about my treatment with Madison - she addressed all my concerns, put me at ease, and checked in with me throughout the procedure. For a highly anxious person, I couldn’t have been more pleased. Plus any pain or discomfort was very tolerable. I’ll be going back for a follow up treatment in a few weeks and am looking forward to the progress I see. Highly recommend Charette Cosmetics!
