Love, love, LOVE the amazing staff at Astra! From day one, the care that I have received has been top notch. Dr. Killingsworth is so patient with addressing concerns and has the best bedside manner. I am very happy with my results!! Eve is so sweet and informative, Kyndal helped make my dreams come true and Liane is my bestie! I love this amazing office, you will always feel like you are in tremendous hands!

Dr Killingsworth is very professional and personable. I am so pleased with my tummy tuck. It came out perfect. No dog ears, great placement of incision, and I was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t hurt like I thought it would. The belly button looks realistic. Every aspect of the tummy tuck came out perfect IMO. I also had a breast lift and augmentation. I had some nerve pain after that I wasn’t expecting but Eve, PA was very responsive and patient. They really do try and meet patient needs and expectations.

I LOVE LAUREN! I also love the staff, they are fantastic! Lauren is the best by far when it comes to botox or filler, she definitely knows what's she's doing! I've been going there for about a yr and every time I go, I love walking out of there more confident than walking in! Love you guys and thank you for all that you do! 🥰

Dr. Killingsworth has been helping me with my reconstruction from a double mastectomy since May 2023. He has been very supportive during my recovery after chemotherapy and radiation. I’ve had complications since radiation and had to take one of my left tissue expander out so my skin will heal. My skin after radiation just seemed like it wanted to reject the tissue expander and actually started to cause me to have an open wound. The surgery went well when we took the expander out. He has talked me through every step he has been taking with me and insuring me that he has plans in place to help me recover and give me the best possible outcome. He definitely cares about his patients and sticks with them every step of the way. I highly recommend his practice. His staff is also great and have been so kind during this entire process. Eve is one of the PA’s that is there and she is so kind and very informative also. They both go over all the options available to help someone like me recovery from a double mastectomy and radiation damage. They want their patients to be able to feel confident about themselves and feel normal again after having those kind of procedures done.

I’ve had an excellent experience throughout my procedure including scheduling and the procedure itself. Dr. Killingsworth and his staff have been a pleasure. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.The patient coordinator, Kyndal, has been very responsive and has answered any questions I have had. I’m very satisfied with my results, although I still have some expected swelling. I’m excited to the see end results once my swelling is gone.
