Subject: Exceptional Front Desk Service by Laura Patient Service Coordinator I wanted to take a moment to commend Laura, who was working at the front desk during my whole visit. From the moment I walked in, truly Laura greeted every patient with a warm smile and provided excellent service. She was not only professional but also went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was seamless and enjoyable. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests made me feel truly valued as a patient. Whether it was providing information or making sure I had everything I needed, Laura handled everything with grace and efficiency. Please extend my gratitude to her, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for her outstanding customer service. Best regards, Alem Assefa
If you value your time, energy, and overall mental health, I suggest you seek the services of a plastic surgeon anywhere but here. My wife went in for a consult exam with Dr Cuzzone on November 6th, 2023 for the removal of her breast implants. Dr Cuzzone did his exam and stated that they would be able to set up a surgery date and possibly get insurance to cover all of some of the procedure due to the state of one of the implants. He told my wife that he'd have everything submitted to insurance that day (it was a Monday), but exactly 4 weeks later when she called our insurance company to see if they had made a decision, they told her that absolutely nothing had been submitted. At the 6 week mark, the paperwork was finally submitted but was immediately denied by the insurance company. At that point my wife was told that Dr Cuzzone could do a peer-to-peer with the insurance company and that everything would work out. She waited until December 18th and called the insurance company back. They once again told her that nothing had been submitted on her behalf. She contacted Dr Cuzzone's office back and was told that they'd have to file an appeal. At that point my wife and I decided to go to a completely different doctor and pay for the surgery out-of-pocket (to the tune of 11k). We felt that no surgeon, no matter how good he or she may be, is of any value if their staff can't ever get you to the operating table. But what's troublesome for me is that they had absolutely no issue with getting my wife in for that consultation exam and billing our insurance (and us) for it. So did you ever have any intention of performing the surgery? Or are consults the bread and butter of your practice? In criminal law, there is an unethical practice amongst some attorneys where once hired by the accused or his/her family, the lawyer goes to that court and represents the accused for a bond. Once the bond hearing is done, they "ghost" the defendant and his/her family and leave him/her high and dry. When the family and/or defendant calls the lawyer regarding the next step of the case, they're informed by the lawyer that "I only represented you for the bond hearing"; I'll need more money for the arraignment/motions/plea/trial, etc. In other words, they don't stick it out until the end of the case and represent their client. Is that what's happening at this office? Consult after consult with no surgeries performed??
I made many phone calls before settling on the Emory Aesthetic Center for my treatment needs (lump on bridge of nose - cyst). When I spoke with them for the first time, and every time since, I have been treated so nicely. Everyone is extremely friendly! Dr. Sethna is who I saw for treatment, and there are not enough positive things I can say about her. She is amazing! Super down to earth, explains everything clearly, and truly listens to my concerns and/or questions. I highly recommend anyone needing plastic surgical services to contact Emory Aesthetic Center.
BAD PROVIDER ALERT: Gabriela Del Pilar Garcia Nores My appt was the first wk of December. Received a call from her (from her personal phone) the day before my appt, to change my appt time, the first inconvenience. At the end of my visit she promise to provide me a quote of the procedure in need. I sent her a message via portal requesting my quote. I received no response from her nor her staff. I sent another message via portal a month after my appt., again no response. I called the office two weeks after my second message, the representative sent her and her staff an email of my request of the quote, still no response. Two days later, I called her personal number, she was so rude asking me to text her. I text her again asking for the quote she stated she would ask her office staff to send it. Two day following I still waited for my quote and called the Patient Advocate. Following reaching out to the Advocate she sent the quote two hrs later. Being a health provider myself I’m so disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service I received from this provider.
Dr Losken and staff are totally the coolest!!! Mrs. Yolanda was my nurse and when I say she went above and beyond for my procedure. I’m so happy I chose this office to trust with caring for me.
