My two breast implants ruptured, so I needed to replace them. I visited a few plastic surgeons before going to Dr. Santosa's office, and I felt a bit discouraged and frustrated because none of them showed much empathy for my situation, and I didn’t feel confident about having surgery with them. However, when I had my appointment with Dr. Santosa, it was love at first sight. She made me feel cared for and genuinely concerned about my problem, taking the time to answer all my questions. She is very professional and kind. On the day of my surgery, she took the time to talk to me and explain everything she would do again. After the surgery, she explained how everything went to my family right away. She personally answered all my calls before and after the surgery to address my concerns, and if she wasn't available, she would call me back immediately to listen to my message. She has always gone above and beyond for me, and I feel so blessed to have her as my doctor. That’s why I’m not just giving her 5 stars, but 10. This goes for her entire team as well, especially Jenny, Lexi, and Vanessa, who made the whole process easier and more enjoyable. Thank you all so much. I recommend them 1000%!

Dr. Santosa and her team are phenomenal! Just 3 months postpartum I required surgery on my scalp due to a concerning cyst. Dr. Santosa approached my case with expertise and compassion, even fitting me in when it worked for my newborn’s schedule. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my surgery, especially considering the scalp is such a sensitive area. As a healthcare provider myself, finding a provider I can trust is of the utmost importance. Additionally, communication and scheduling with Dr. Santosa’s office was very easy! Dr. Santosa has incredible bedside manner. She's always kind and caring, and treats you as she'd treat her own family. She wants you to feel comfortable in your own skin, and will work with you to figure out what will give you the best results for your anatomy. Everyone at Evelina was incredibly affirming of my identity and even called directly to apologize when someone from a completely different practice misgendered me. The results of my surgery were exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend Dr. Santosa for gender-affirming surgeries!
