I had a good experience with the clinic in terms of service, and the doctor was professional. However, I was given incorrect information regarding my insurance coverage. During my visit, I was assured that my procedure would be covered, so I proceeded with it. Later, I received a $220 bill. When I reached out to the billing department for clarification, I was told it wasn’t the doctor’s responsibility and that I should have known my coverage myself. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with was rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating. While the medical care was good, the miscommunication and poor customer service from the billing department were disappointing. I ended up paying the bill, but I wish the clinic had been clearer about insurance coverage from the start.
