This was my first time getting IV therapy and my experience was okay. Everyone at this establishment was extremely nice and accommodating (Nia and Arzelle) except for the receptionist. Receptionist wasn’t the nicest and didn’t really help me in choosing the IV infusion. I went in during Patient Experience Week, where they have $10 and $49 experiences. The company spends so much time advertising this, however the receptionist seem to have forgotten and attempted to charge me full price for everything. They charged me $10 for an IV booster (as advertised but after I asked) but charged me the full price of $49 for a Vitamin D injection (not as advertised). When questioned about that, they said it only covers Vitamin D labs. Per their advertisement, $10 experiences includes vitamin injections (cholecalciferol = vitamin). So I was overcharged but I just paid for it because I was tired of going back and forth. Arzelle made my experience very soothing and relaxing. I’m usually a hard stick, but he was able to get the IV inserted in one attempt. Explained everything thoroughly and checked up on me a few times throughout my therapy! Overall, I rate my experience a 3/5. I may consider giving Hydra+ another try but we will see.

It was first visit today and Amber was so friendly and helpful, explaining all the services offered in detail. Arzell is the man! he helped me increase my energy and endurance while relaxing me (I'm not a huge fan of needles, but couldn't feel it). I'm already scheduling my next visit.

I had a great experience with Ashley. I was very nervous and apprehensive about getting Botox for the first time. However, she did an amazing job, answered all of my questions, alleviated my concerns. Will definitely do this again. Thank you, Ashley and HydraPlus.

went in yesterday to get a boost b/c im super under the weather while also struggling with bronchitis. team was very helpful and Took care of me right away. I will def be back. customer service was A1
