I've been seeing Dr. Lee Coulter for over 10 years, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He has an excellent bedside manner—always kind, attentive, and respectful. One thing I really appreciate is that he’s consistently on time, which shows how much he values my time as much as his own. He’s been knowledgeable on everything we’ve ever discussed and always takes the time to explain things clearly. Overall, just a great person and an outstanding doctor.

The service was excellent! I loved Dr, Kim! She was very professional and thorough. Her relationship skills were excellent too. The office was very clean from the waiting room to the exam rooms. Dr. Kim’s assistant was excellent too! She was very careful doing everything she did and excellent at explaining what she was going to do. Everyone was great! I would definitely use again and recommend Dr. Kim!

The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and committed to my needs. I was treated as a valued customer. My doctor was very assuring that he was well versed in his field and he could handle the situation to make me better. Thank you all for a job well done.

My experience at this office has generally been good, and the care I receive from Dr. Alford is excellent. However, the reception staff, who represent the office, could certainly benefit from a lesson in etiquette. When I inquired about being 25 minutes past my appointment time, the front staff was extremely rude. She simply asked if I wanted to reschedule and told me she didn't know what I expected, as they had been running behind all day. Respecting patients' time is just as important as the care they receive.

A beautifully run office. The personnel from check in to check out are all very courteous, professional and efficient. I enjoyed talking to the clinical staff, and they were also very reassuring and competent. All in all a very smooth and painless experience for the patient.
