OVME

I initially was very happy with my service at OVME. I was signed up for their "Peptide program" and received the medication for my first month. Everything was going fine until I received an email that they would no longer be able to provide the medication due changes in FDA rules. I completely understood that the situation was out of their hands and requested that they cancel my membership. That was when the issues began. I received two vials (one medication, one vitamins) that both state they should be disposed of 28 days after first use (see attached photographs). In an email from OVME they stated that I would be charged for a second month of the program before they could cancel my membership. I was very confused because I had only received one month's worth of medication. They stated that it is their practice to have clients use the medications and vitamins past the 28 day disposal date. I was shocked 1) that they would request that their clients ignore the disposal date recommended by the pharmacy and by the FDA, and 2) that I was never told this when I was at the office for my initial consultation. I went back and forth with them for a while stating I should not be charged for the second month because I would not be using the medication past its disposal date, but I eventually gave up and accepted that I would be charged for services I would not be receiving. Then I was charged the full amount for the second month. This was shocking because I had been referred to OVME by a current client of theirs, and during my initial consultation I was told that this qualified both me and my friend for $100 off our next month's membership bill. I immediately contacted OVME again and asked that they refund the $100 credit I should have received. It was only then that I was told they would not apply the credit to my membership charge, but would only apply it if I came in for a different service. OVME is engaging in bait and switch business practices, unsafe business practices, and just has predatory business practices all around. Don't be like me and get swindled by these crooks. I only give it one star because you have to in order to post a review.

They were so patient in explaining the process and answering all my questions, which made me feel completely comfortable. I also received a great discount—not just for myself, but for any friends I refer! Both Savannah and Connie were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Even though they had a busy schedule, they never rushed my service, ensuring I had the best experience possible. Love it here! OVME has been my go to for all things skincare for several years. The staff at the Buckhead location is amazing! The membership has been a great option for me, I love the monthly facial!

Really listen to what I am trying to improve and are great strategizers of beauty plan and financial plan. Connie is the best injector! K is fantastic w/ facials. Their whole team from the time you walk to are easygoing, professional, and skilled! Also, the facility itself is beautiful and relaxing.

Everyone here was great! It was my first time being treated here, I got lip fillers by Jaina. It’s been almost 4 weeks and I’m in love with the results. I had minimal bruising/swelling and had an overall amazing experience with them. Will be returning!
