Pretty Faces Atlanta

I debated whether to share my experience, but as I look at the wrinkles on my forehead, I’m reminded of the overall disappointing visit I had at Pretty Faces Atlanta. From the extended wait time to an inappropriate comment made about me while I sat in the lobby, the visit quickly became uncomfortable. My original request for Botox was switched to a different injectable without any explanation, and the treatment room was large but poorly organized. When the doctor finally entered the room, she immediately informed me that I was her last patient of the day, which only added to the sense of rushed care. While I understand that no experience is perfect, this one did not meet my expectations, and I will not be returning.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the staff was attentive and genuinely welcoming. They took the time to understand my needs and offered thoughtful recommendations. The environment was clean and inviting, making my visit even more enjoyable. Every detail was taken care of, and it was clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. I left feeling valued and appreciated, which is a rarity these days. My 80yr old mother and I had the best experience! Her Moles were removed flawlessly and her Pico procedure really completes her new look! As for me, the VI Peel was administered with so much care. Great Doctor....Genuine Staff! We'll definitely be back.........

This is the problem I have with black businesses. The professionalism and follow through for this business is lacking. I get a text the other night from an unknown number saying they were cancelling my appt due to the winter storm. Which is understandable. But I have yet to get a call to reschedule. And I would call to reschedule myself, but they never answer the phone. So I’m good. No thank you!

My consultation with Dr. Jing was the best experience I have ever had with a doctor. She took her time and explained every step of the procedures that were recommended for me. Dr. Jing is so down-to-earth, beautiful, professional, and kind! The staff was kind, experienced, and fabulous as well!
