SEV Laser

I'm writing to share my overwhelmingly positive experience at SEV during my first visit. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Joanna at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel instantly at ease. The entire process was seamless and efficient. Beyond the excellent reception, I was particularly pleased with the laser technician (Nicole). Their professionalism and expertise were evident, and they created a comfortable and encouraging environment.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The staff was professional and welcoming. Molly did a great job of educating me on the laser process as well as making it a comfortable experience. I love the boutique feel of the spa. I am excited to continue using SEV for all of my laser, injectable and skin and body services!

My experiences with SEV has always been good, but today, it was absolutely AMAZING! Today, my tech’s name was Nichole, and she was such a vibe. Her energy was very positive and she walked me through the entire process. She didn’t rush and took her time with my procedure. She constantly made sure that my comfort level was at its best. The service that Nichole provided was very professional and top tier! Thank you Nichole!

Wonderful customer service. The manager Amaya is awesome and makes sure that her clients are taken care of! I also LOVE my technician Nichole, she explained everything and answered all my questions that I had. As someone else said in the reviews, she is such a ~vibe~!! Very happy and pleased with my services at SEV Laser :)

This was my first time coming in on a Saturday and the staff did really well! Gena was so GREAT. She is very good at paying attention to detail and I felt like this was a really great appointment. She really took her time with me and I did not feel rushed. I will definitely be back to see her!
