Kelsey is hands down the most knowledgeable injector I have ever encountered! She has an answer for every question or concern, this was my first time getting injections so that was super important for me. I ended up bringing my mom back to be serviced by Kelsey for her first Botox experience and she loves it !! Thank you Kelsey !!

I had such an amazing experience at Slim Studio and plan on spreading the word! Everyone that works there are more than friendly, they make you feel at home! Suzette did my procedure and she kept me distracted during my painful procedure and Ashley did my consultation. I just loved both of them and would go back just to see them!

I went to slim studio requesting Botox treatment for the face, I wanted what’s called a Botox face, no movement at all whatsoever. (I suffer from headaches) Had two rounds of Botox administered for a total of over 95 units ($1200) yet my face never stopped moving and was told by slim studio manager, Renee, that movement with such strong facial muscles is not uncommon. Fair enough BUT… I’ve had Botox many many times before, (Xeomin, Dysport and Botox brands) all worked perfectly well, as expected, never had this many units administered, however, slim studio is telling me their “Advanced Allergan Training Team,” recommended I get even more Botox, every 60 or so days, to achieve the desired effect, of course costing more $$$$. I contacted management (Renee) about a month after the procedure to let her know treatment was not effective and was told by Renee herself other customers had experienced the same issue and that it was likely due to a “bad batch” of Botox. That she would be in touch to correct the problem. I was then contacted by the rep who delivered the initial treatment, he said he would contact another sales representative, and be in touch to correct the issue. The holidays came and went I never heard back from Renee or the rep that administered the initial treatments. I once again contacted Renee after the holidays and was told the individual that administered the initial treatment was leaving slim, I was offered a discount at the representative’s new work location, he offered a discount for additional units, no thanks!!!! Manager (Renee) then changed her story and said that “movement is normal and not uncommon,” of course it is now two months plus after the non-effective treatment!!! Needless to say my experience was less than desirable, nothing but a waste of money. I get the impression their reps kept fresh out the box Botox for themselves while they administer “left overs” or perhaps even close to expired products to their customers, specially since Renee said they had the same problem with other customers. With so many options, why not set yourself apart and be honest and upfront?! It seems that is too much to ask from Slim Studio.

My experience with Katherine was fantastic! It was my first time receiving Botox, and a friend recommended I see her. Katherine was very knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly, as well as answered any questions I had. I also greatly appreciated her transparency and honesty. I absolutely would recommend anyone to see Katherine for their Botox needs!

I got my love handles cool sculpted here and am loving my results!!! I received treatment from Ashley and she did an amazing job—super sweet and very professional. The office was clean and convenient and everyone was super friendly 😊
