I visited and had my very first massage ever on 10/19/24 and OMG!!!!! My massage Therapist, Will, was absolutely wonderful!!! I will definitely be going back again. The Spa looks fantastic, very clean, and front desk staff were very friendly. I recommend, 10/10 👌🏼

My birthday at Spa Sydell was an absolute dream! From the moment we stepped in, we were enveloped in luxury and relaxation. The massages were heavenly, melting away all our tension, and the hydro facials left our faces glowing and rejuvenated. Although we got so lost in the luxurious lounge that we forgot to try the steam room, the ambiance was so tranquil and inviting that it didn't even matter. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience filled with pampering and indulgence. I couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate!

I came here on Wednesday for my birthday and it was the best and most relaxing massage I have ever had. The ambiance alone was so calming and soothing. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nicole was my therapist and she was the kindest and funniest person ever. It was my first time getting a hot stone massage and she made sure that I comfortable with temperature of the stones and even gave me a mini deep tissue massage because of some problem areas in my back. I will absolutely be back soon!!!!

Thought my partner and I would have relaxing massages. Checkin was smooth and professional. Was escorted to our are to dress and wait to be called back. His therapist came 4-5 minutes early to take him to his room. I am still waiting. At the 3:30 scheduled time I walk to the front and ask where my person is. She apologizes and goes to get him. I would have thought that he would have me in the room and ready to start at 3:30!! He takes me back and starts what was a fair massage. He was all over the place— back to arm to back to shoulder with a sorry arm massage. After he played around on my back forever. I asked if he would get to other parts of my body. Now to legs and feet. Awful!! Again he was all over the place. Never once did he massage my scalp or lower back as written on the sheet. I could go on and on but why. When i scheduled I asked for experience person as I has years ago had a poor therapist. She said that we only have professionals. I said ok and obviously that is not so as I had poor therapist before. Why argue. Expect the best since this was long ago. Maybe this is their best as she said. No return for me.
