I am fortunate to have had my Tummy Tuck performed by Dr. Angelina and her team. From my initial consultation to my post-operative care, I have consistently been impressed with the entire staff at Surgicare Arts and Asthetics. I have been treated with respect and kindness throughout my entire experience. Dr. Angelina, Dr. Irena, Stacey and Christine have all made themselves available in addressing any concerns I may have. I highly recommend this practice for all your cosmetic needs!

I did not have a good experience. The front desk lady was kind and warm. But after that the intake lady did not understand what she was doing. I had to repeat myself several times, even when the surgeon came in, she was asking how to note the measurements. Surgeon did not know where the tape measurement was , when taking measurements, neither she or the surgeon had gloves on, the intake lady was touching underneath my belly, close to the V area without gloves. After they were done, both walked outside the room they had placed me, and I overheard the surgeon telling her to give me the higher quote. Surgeon didint have pictures ready to show, instead I had to wait for him to send prior surgery pictures from his phone to his laptop then show it to me. I got my quote it was twice more expensive than other similar practices I had consulted with. The atmosphere in this practice was very unprofessional. For obvious reasons I decided to get my treatment elsewhere.

To be honest, I'm at a loss for where to begin. The most important thing I can tell you is that it would be more beneficial for you to consider another company altogether, as it would save you time, energy, and money. Connecting with an IRS agent on the phone would probably be easier than reaching a representative from this clinic. I've currently been on hold for 20 minutes and counting, waiting to speak to a representative from this location. Based on my past encounters, their main focus seems to be scheduling brief "Office Visits" where the person you speak to lacks knowledge about your care and cannot answer questions regarding your prescription. It appears that this is simply a strategy to generate more revenue from the office visits, which is understandable from a business perspective. However, it's also crucial to provide quality service and value to your customers/patients. Here is my previous review of the office from March 2, 2023: I strongly advise against spending your hard-earned money here. Unfortunately, on January 6, 2023, I paid for a six-month supply of slim shots (nearly $3,000). It's now March 2, 2023, and I'm still waiting for the slim shots I ordered back on January 25, 2023. On February 20, 2023, one of their employees informed me that I had to pay an additional $25 for shipping. Despite nearly two weeks passing since then, I still haven't received the shots. This office is highly unreliable.

I highly recommend Dr Angelina and her team. It was clear, from the first visit that this was not a “typical” medical practice. Not only is the office clean, it feels upscale. Unlike many other doctors I have been to, I did not have to wait past my appointment time, nor was I kept waiting in the room once they brought me back. I was listened to. I did not feel as if I was being rushed. Dr Angelina and Stacey took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. Stacey has reached out on several occasions between my appointments just to check on me. She wanted to make sure that I was doing alright and to ask if I had any questions or concerns. It is uncommon nowadays to have that level of customer service. They care about their patients. I will not think twice about recommending Surgicare Arts and Aesthetics to friends and family.

I highly recommend Dr. Angelina and her staff . I recently had surgery and it has been really good . I research for hours untill I found her . After consultation, I knew she was the one I wanted for my procedure. She was kind, understanding and presented her honest realistic recommendations . I felt understood and respected. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in my first hyperbaric chamber therapy after surgery. I get a little worried with small spaces and they were on point to help me navigate the process . All the staff melt my heart with their support on that moment . I am healing nicely, feel healthy, energized and looking forward to enjoy life at my fullest with my family . I am Happy in Peace and Confident with myself.
