Total Body Therapy Of Georgia

I've been a customer of TBT of GA for almost 2 years and my wife was with them for a year. We have delt with mistakes and incompetence having to do with the delivery of prescriptions on numerous occasions. At first they made an effort to correct said mistakes and were able to get our prescriptions to us on time.As of late however, they've chosen to turn their back on personal service and responsibility and expect, first my when she was still a client and now me, to go out of our way to get iur prescriptions in time for our weekly dosage. As a result my wife moved to a different provider and says the service is much better. I'll soon find out for myself.

I have been going to TBT of Georgia for almost a year now. My ED and TRT treatment has improved 100% and gets better everyday. I am also thankful for everyone's kind and caring nature during this time in my life. Dr. Deal and his entire team get an A+ for bedside manner and treating you like your part of there TBT family. My life now is so much more rewarding after my time with TBT of Georgia. Thanks....

I heard about Total Body Therapy on WSB radio and decided to make an appointment. After having a complete hysterectomy in 2014, I had no energy, no desire to partake in activities, gained weight and become a complete introvert. I knew something had to change. After my first appointment, I found out that these were all the symptoms of low estrogen and testosterone. I have been getting the hormone treatments and doing the weight loss program and in 3 months I have seen tremendous results. I feel good, I have more energy and my estrogen and testosterone levels are getting back to normal. Everyone in the office is amazing. Very friendly and courteous. Dr. Eric Deal, Tony, Deborah and all of the staff have helped me tremendously and I could not thank them enough.

I warn people not to do the pellets. My lab numbers violently skyrocketed. Testosterone levels way too high. Liver and kidney lab tests were extremely elevated as well. Completely out of whack. I ended up spending quite a bit more money going to specialists to try to figure out what was wrong. Finally getting things calmed back down after a year or two. I didn’t even ask for my money back. Just never wanted to step foot in there again. Mad at myself for doing it. I think it’s a reckless operation. Don’t do it.

I hate to write a negative review because they are all nice people. However, I paid a lot of money to get the bio identical T pellet injections. Once paid, the communication goes to pot. The first treatment was fine. I called six months later and asked why I had not received a follow up. They immediately rushed me in and did round two. I scheduled my third round and it was a disaster. I notified them and actually went in twice to have them check the wound. 7 of the 12 injected pellets came out on their own before being metabolized. I had an open wound that did not heal for over three months. My wife had to apply a daily antiseptic and bandage. No one even called to check on the open wound or loss of pellets. My wife and I have just been dumbfounded that a medical clinic performing these procedures and knowing something was not right and not expressing a professional courtesy of concern or follow-up.
