Val Plastic Surgery

My experience with Dr. Val was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first consultation to professionalism, empathy, attention to detail and her approach to surgery. The entire process was smooth and well coordinated. Dr. Val exceeded my expectations and I’m deeply grateful for the life-changing results.

From consultation to beyond surgery, the customer service and care was stellar. I am very pleased with my results. Dr. Val was very detailed on the requirements for me to recieve my 360 lift with muscle repair and what was required for me to heal properly, I followed doctors orders and had a successful journey. I am forever thankful for the experience.

My experience with this facility was a nightmare. I was told at the consultation that her prices are much higher than others because her clients are doctors and lawyers and her work is the best. Her prices are very expensive compared to others but I disagree wholeheartedly about her work being the best. I should have gone with my intuition to look for other surgeons. Honestly, I was tired of looking and didn’t know what to expect. I loss over 100lbs and was looking for a surgeon that specialized in massive weight loss patients needing skin removal. I had lots of skin and needed a tummy tuck, arm lift revision and lower and upper body lift and breast reduction and lift. Dr. Val performed a tummy tuck and lower body lift on me in April 2023. She wasn’t satisfied with the results and neither was I. My belly button was closed and skin was left on my upper abdominal area on both sides. Nevertheless, we setup a new surgery date for a revision. The new surgery date was August 2023. I decided to go ahead and add the other items I listed above as Dr. Val reassured me that she could perform all the other surgeries at the time of revision. Also she agreed to give me a discounted price which was still pretty pricey. I ran into complications after the revision. My incisions opened up under my arm pits. Dr. Val didn’t appear to be concerned and did not provide proper garments until a month after the surgery. She did not fix my upper abdominal area which was the entire reason for the revision. She simply said she ran out of time but I was in surgery for over 8 hours when she originally stated it should only take 5 hours. I went to at least 3 different post OP appointments and she never said my wounds looked infected. I had to seek treatment from an outside provider that told me I had an infection. My wounds finally closed completely in January 2024 but I still do not have full range of motion. I had several complaints about her office staff, especially Michelle being unprofessional. I requested my medical records at least 4 different times and still have not received them. My last request was November 2023. I haven’t heard anything further from Dr. Val or her staff. It’s sad that I paid almost 50k and was treated as though these services were performed for free. Even more sad that a medical professional lacks empathy for her patient after I trusted her to perform a service(s). Please do thorough research before selecting your surgeon. Dr. Val was recommended to me by a surgeon that performed my hysterectomy. This surgeon was amazing so I trusted her recommendation. Bad idea.

From my first meeting with Dr. Val, my experience has been amazing. Her as well as her staff made me feel comfortable and they were all so welcoming with every call and visit. Dr. Val did an amazing job with my surgery, and I am more than happy with my results. My recovery has been much easier than expected, and I am so grateful to have done this with Dr. Val and her team. I highly recommend her for all of your needs!

Doctor Sybile Val is awesome , very caring and concern about her patient. She gave me one on one care, I can say this because I experience this for myself. All my questions were answered. I felt confidence with Doctor Val. I went in and discussed how I wanted my body to look. She told me what I need to get done to receive the look I was looking for. I appreciated her expertise. I'm so happy with my results. Her staff is also wonderful, her staff called and checked on me daily, thank you Ms. Michelle. I'm so glad I did my research. Thank you so much Doctor Val.
