Absurdly high bill for simple procedures, then they want me to come back in so they can do a “more thorough job”. I have had this done elsewhere in recent years, and this office charged over twice the price of all others. And if I am going to pay this much, it would be nice to have it done right the first time. I’m finding someone else.
I talk to someone on the phone 1hr ago and to ask her if she can reschedule my husband's appointment and she was saying about chart that my husband needs to do something. And we don't know about that lol because this is my husband's first appointment to dermatologist. And she hang up on me because she's being rude to me lol. I don't want to talk to that person anymore.
When I came here for a previous appt years ago, I had an overall good experience. However, trying to get a new appt for a concerning issue is a serious problem they need to address. No appts available until November is awful. Staffing or taking less new patients etc needs to be a priority so your patients can be seen. Shouldn't have to be a patient of multiple physicians of the same specialty because you cant take care of the patients you have. To say I am floored is an understatement.
Very frustrating waiting 6 months for my appointment… new insurance is requiring prior auth.. they have sent request over since 2/13 over 10 times.. I’ve left voicemail after voicemail and no response!! Very unprofessional
They removed my melanoma and made it a top priority to do so and made double sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process which helped ease the stress tremendously.
