I wish I could rate 10 stars!!! Stacey Meens is absolutely incredible! If you are looking for an esthetician, you are in the right place. She listened to my needs, explained my options, is super knowledgeable, personable, caring and professional! I recommend Stacey with no hesitation. The staff, especially Ivie, are amazing as well. I could not be more pleased. Thank you, Stacey, for helping me prepare for our daughter's wedding.

I recently had work done 😉 and absolutely love the results. I’ve been going to Dr. Pound for 4 years for botox and filler with great results. Dr. Pound and his staff have always been excellent, professional and friendly. I hope he never retires.

I have been a client here for 2 years seeing their previous esthetician and Dr. Pound, recently they were running a special so it was advised to make a deposit to receive a service at that price.It was not explained verbally or written that they will not refund or exchange my deposit for other services. No cancellation policy ever mentioned. Then their excuse is that I cancelled the week of a holiday so they couldn’t fill something else in- if your concern is scheduling then you should be proactive in confirming your appointments far enough ahead of time. Elizabeth the office manager was defensive and rude probably because it must be exhausting to be completely unreasonable ,upon visiting their office I was given the policy paperwork I signed in 2021. As someone who works in the beauty business in this area I will no longer refer anyone here after this experience.

Had a Breast augmentation && absolutely in love with the results I’m also a regular of the services Botox. && I’ve also done the heat therapy. Would recommend.

After paying in full for a facelift, neck lift and liposuction … No neck lift was done! I had 2 professional opinions after my surgery was done and both agreed no neck lift was done! This was verified by the Doctors documentation in my medical records! The Doctor nicked my ear during surgery and left a stitch in me postoperatively and the hospital charged me for an extra hour in the OR! My liposuction was extremely lumpy! When I asked Dr Pound about my neck that was exactly the same as before surgery with no difference …He stated that’s just my neck and he didn’t think I needed any surgery to begin with! He never looked at my lumpy liposuction and never took after pictures at the follow up exams! I asked for a refund because I’m going back to surgery to correct all of this and I was told No! Save yourself time, efforts, energies and money and do not go to Dr. Pound!
