I cannot say enough kind words about Shape! I have been going to them for over a year and have had laser hair removal and am absolutely pleased! I was first introduced to this facility through a groupon and am so glad!! I have had my bikini area and underarms treated and while it could have been an awkward appointment, the staff made it very comfortable! I cannot wait to save enough money to have Botox and Juvaderm as Dr. Mark's prices and quality of products are well above other salons offering what they deem the "same" product. Ask about the ratio of dilution and you might be surprised at what you find out. Thank you for giving such great service!

I have been a Shape patient for Botox and filler for a year and have been very pleased with Dr. McKenna and his staff. They strive to make you feel comfortable and always ask for feedback after each visit. I was concerned with one of the procedures and Dr. McKenna was very professional in reviewing and agreeable to correct at no additional charge. Be sure to go over expectations and if you are not happy, call the office and discuss. They are very prompt in setting up a follow-up visit.

Chose Shape Medical to get some laser hair removal done. They're definitely a bit swamped in terms of customers, but they still managed to get me an appointment fairly soon after I requested it. Everyone there was extremely polite and friendly, and the technician went out of her way to make sure that I would be as comfortable as possible through the procedure. I'm already starting to shed some hairs, and I've researched the laser they use -- it's one of the more effective ones on the market. I suggest people be a bit patient with the fact that their schedule is somewhat full. This seems to otherwise be an incredibly professional place for these sort of outpatient, elective medical procedures.
