Love love love them. The customer service is always amazing every time we come. My one year old goes here for her eczema and we always feel the love! They recently prescribed medicine that her Medicaid wouldn’t cover & the pocket cost was over $200. I called and was told that it was the only oil they had & an apology. They ended up calling around because another pharmacist called me later tonight and shipped it for $40. Super thankful for them and all they do for my little to make sure she receives such great care. ❤️

Karen is very professional and truly cares about keeping you in good health. She and her staff are very through and courteous. My appointment wait time is small and the office is clean and spotless. I'm a long time client and I highly recommend. I Skip Starling

Karen Penrose and most of her staff in the Brooklet office are top notch. She provides great patient care and if needed sends you right to Savannah for Dr Smith to have a look without having to wait for an appointment. We really like this streamlined approach they offer. The personnel in Savannah leave a lot to be desired. Terrible personalities and don’t care attitudes with a few of them. I must say for the most part the majority are fine therefore the four stars. Dr Smith and Karen provide first rate care though!!!

My experience at this office has been nothing but excellent. I can’t say enough about the staff. The best! I see Karen Penrose. I absolutely think that she is the best. I have a lot of health issues and Karen Penrose is so concerned, helpful and understanding. I wish there were more Doctors like her. Thank you Karen. I am truly blessed to have you.

as some of the reviews have stated, the staff leaves a lot to be desired but the Doctor that I saw (forget his name) was great. He was very well informed, he went over everything in a lot of detail, I didn't feel rushed or as if I was just being cattle herded through. I would recommend them for the doctors but the staff isn't all that great. Most the time, the girls weren't even up at the front counter so that kind of goes to show that they need to get some staff that cares.
